1. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our clothing store. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return an item within 5 days of receiving it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • make sure you made a video of the product so we can understand what is the problem

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at primevesture@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please include this RMA number in your return package.

  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RMA number.

  4. Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
  • If the item meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • We do not Refund due to size and color of the product. If you order a product which has a particular size/Color and you get different size/color than you can return your item and get your exchange only when it is in original condition .
