1. Returns and Refunds

2. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return an item within 5 days of receiving it.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please include this RMA number in your return package.
Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RMA number.
Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
- If the item meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items

- Custom-made or personalized items
- We do not Refund due to size and color of the product. If you order a product which has a particular size/Color and you get different size/color than you can return your item and get your exchange only when it is in original condition .
